At PandaFitWear, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging are included.
  • The item is not damaged due to misuse or normal wear.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging

International Returns

We accept returns from customers worldwide.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as PandaFitWear is not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or color, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
